Document registry

Registry allows to register electronic and paper copies within the System

Document registration is automatically logged at certain stages of its creation.
Paper copies are registered at specific data files, the scanned copy can be attached to each file.

Digital Signature support

EDS Module (digital signature) enables you to sign documents of NauDoc system on the basis of applied certificate using Windows Server crypt provider

Tray Agent for Windows

Tray Agent is a utility that enables you to receive notifications about new events in NauDoc System and does not require user to open the system at his computer. Assigned tasks are considered to be crucial events in NauDoc system.

LDAP authentification

LDAP Module enables integration of NauDoc System in LDAP Servers Active Directory* and OpenLDAP by LDAP Protocol (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol). NauDoc and LDAP integration is used to provide import of information on employees to NauDoc.

Import of information is designed in a way that, when restarted, all previously imported objects parameters are modified. For example, at first run a user account is created in NauDoc database. Later the corresponding element parameters in LDAP server catalogue are changed. When import to NauDoc is run the next time, the relevant parameters in user’s entry are changed automatically.

When Microsoft Windows* infrastructure is used, the module supports NTLM authentication and Active Directory* groups.

Scheduler

"Scheduler" Module is a tool for events planning and control. Each event has a corresponding entry, date-bound. For convenience these entries can be grouped by topics. For example, the scheduler can be used to control lecture rooms availability. Thus, a calendar-based schedule is created to provide data on vacant lecture rooms in order to organize events.

Graphical docflow view

This module is for visual display of document transfer route in the system (route map).
Route map shows a schematic view of status and transfer: status is shown by separate graphic elements, transfer is shown by arrows. Elements in pink color indicate the initial status of the document. Arrows point towards the subsequent status of the document, transfer being complete.

Site management

“Site Management” Module enables transformation of NauDoc Electronic Document Management System into a Site Management System (SMS). Module being installed through NauDoc System interface, you can create an unlimited number of “site-type” objects.
