In total NAUMEN Company has completed more than 200 projects in the field of business processes and document management automation.

Government

Directorate of the Federal Target Scientific and Technical Program (FCNTP), Federal Agency of Science and Innovations

Customer: The directorate coordinates and executes the Federal target scientific and technical program. It employs 20 staff members, attracts more than 500 contractual experts and deals with about 1000 partners. In 2005, the organization approved and signed about 1500 contracts with total document flow of about 200 thousand documents of various types.
Outcomes: A custom solution for automating tender control was designed and implemented. The FCNTP directorate received the tools that facilitated intense interactions of the management of the Federal target program with plenty of the program participants.

FGUP “Sverdlovskautodor”

Customer: FGUP Sverdlovskautodor, a fully state-owned enterprise, is engaged in construction, overhaul and maintenance of highways and road structures. Twenty of its branch offices are spread across entire Sverdlovsk Region with total staff of more than 6000 employees.

Outcomes: After implementing the document management system, the customer's employees have their daily tasks and duties handy with fast and easy search and grouping. The project achieved its objectives by automating frequent processes, such as preparing and approving travel documents, bonus payments and some others. Implemented solution enabled to increase controllability of the enterprise and to improve employee performance, to manage complete and trustworthy information of the tasks being executed, to fix the responsibility for failure to execute a task in time, and so forth.

Sverdlovsk Regional Office of “Rossvyaznadzor (Russian Communicatios Controling Agency)”

Customer: The regional office of “Rossvyasnadzor” is state authority that regulates and supervzies telecommunications through the Sverdlovsk Region: issues licenses for providing communication services, permissions to use communication equipment and supervises activities of telecom providers.

Outcomes: The customer designed and implemented the process of  registering the licensees and their applications. The electronic document management permitted to create a united database of licensees and issued licenses. As a result, it has provided employees with tools for scheduling and registration of activity checks of telecom operators in Sverdlovsk Region.

Manufacturing

“Trubno-Metallyrgicheskaya (Pipe Metallurgical)” Company (TMK)

Customer: ТМК is the largest manufacturer of tube and pipe products in Russia. The management company consolidates tube manufacturers located in Russia and Romania. Total staff of the company's plants and enterprises exceeds 46 thousand people.

Outcomes: The ТМК management company established a process of interacting with its regional divisions and its contractors and upgraded internal information exchange among its employees. Secretaries and administrative assistants convert all arriving paper documents into electronic form and forward them using a set of predetermined routs. Thanks to integration with GFI FaxMaker server, the ABBYY FineReader OCR system and Microsoft Exchange server all incoming documents, irrespective of their source (fax, e-mail and so forth), automatically enter the electronic repository for further processing.

“TetraPak” Company

Customer:  Tetra Pak is one of the world's largest suppliers of packaging systems for milk, fruit juices and drinks and many other food products. There are 57 Tetra Pak marketing companies and 60 sales offices across the world, 48 packaging material plants and 12 packaging machine assembly factories. The geography of Tetra Pak's presence in Russia is reach: Tetra Pak Russia Headquarters and Service Center are based in Moscow with regional offices functioning throughout the country. Tetra Pak today supplies hundreds of different types of carton packaging formats.

Outcomes: On the basis of Naumen solution, the customer developed and implemented a series of business processes, such as  approving a package design at production planning stage, approving and paying an invoice depending on type of purchase and price of goods. The system enables effective collaboration of  about 250 employees from three remote branches.

“Uralelectromed” Company

Customer: “Uralelectromed” Company is a subsidiary of the Uralskaya Gorno-Metallurgicheskaya (Urals Mining and Smelting) Company  (UGMK).  It is one of the leading Russian enterprises in the field of nonferrous metallurgy. The company employs about 11.5 thousand people that are engaged in production on multiple sites throughout the country.

Outcomes: The company built an united electronic library of reference documents. It improved document handling by enabling the employees to access the reference documents easier and faster. Implemented solution facilitated the certification process of conformity to ISO 9001:2000, and ISO 14001:2004 standards.

Sverdlovsk Regional Office, affiliated branch of System Operator – Central Power  Dispatching Office (SO-CDU)

Customer: “System Operator-Central Power Dispatching Office” Company is a subsidiary of Russian Open Society "UPS of Russia" and provides centralized technological handle of the United Power System (UPS) of Russia. The company's infrastructure includes 7 regional dispatching units and 56 district dispatching units across entire country.

Outcomes: By implementing the solution, customer has increased the controllability of the company. Implemented system allows the company's administration to control daily activities of employees by monitoring statuses  and due dates of tasks. As a result, the company improved  employee performance.

Banking

Dalcombank

Customer: Dalcombank is one of the largest regional banks in Russia. The bank serves its clients through a chain of  8 branches and 25 additional offices located in various regions of the Russian Federation.

Outcomes: The bank automated the processes of storing, approving, delivering and executing the documents. It enabled the bank to increase efficiency of managing documents within the bank, to raise employee performance control, and to improve quality of services, as a result. The solution is in use by approximately 1000 bank employees located in several bank offices both local and remote.

Uralincombank

Customer: The UIK-bank is one of the leading banks on the Urals by the volume of assets. The bank renders the wide range of banking services to both companies and individuals.

Outcomes: The bank established a repository of documents for daily access and automated a process of employees’ acquaintance with reference documents.

Telecomunications

“ComLine” Company (Synterra-Ural)

Customer: “ComLine” Company is one of the largest telecommunication providers in Chelyabinsk Region of Russia. Under Synterra brand, the company renders services of telephony, data transmission and Internet access. The company owns an advanced network infrastructure including digital PSTN stations in Chelyabinsk (with total capacity exceeding 40 thousand numbers) and in Magnitogorsk (total capacity exceeds 20 thousand numbers).

Outcomes: Implemented solution supports customer’s interaction with its clients by automating sales workflows. Depending on sale type, the system creates a typical sale contract with supporting documents or routes documents for approval to legal and financial departments. The implemented system of electronic document management provides integrated automation of sales process, freeing employees from tedious paperwork.

Transportation

“Corporate construction department, Rossiiskie Zheleznye Dorogi(Russian Railways)”( RZD)

Customer: Russian Railways is the largest Russian transportation company rendering services in the field of passenger and cargo rail transportation, both in Russia and abroad. The company possesses 100 % of trunk railways in Russia, stations and terminals, depots and dispatching systems, as well as about 20 thousand locomotives and more than 600 thousand of freight and passenger cars.

Outcomes: Implemented solution supports restructuring process of Russian Railways and their subsidiaries and affiliated companies. The system helps to schedule restructuring activities for subsidiaries, to track their due dates, to store documents and reports related to restructuring activities. The solution allows to build a structured repository of all data on established subsidiaries, by creating company lists,  classifying them according to various attributes, such as property type, amount of authorized capital,etc.)  In addition, it enables to collect and analyze the issues arising in the process of establishing and restructuring the subsidiaries, etc.
